KwaZulu-Natal · Telemedicine
Medical cannabis doctors in Durban
Durban and broader KwaZulu-Natal patients access SAHPRA Section 21 medical cannabis through Docto24 entirely via telemedicine. The framework is identical to other provinces — assessment, HPCSA-registered doctor review, SAHPRA Section 21 application, licensed-pharmacy dispensing, courier delivery. No in-person clinic visit required.
Durban patients (Umhlanga, Berea, Westville, Pinetown, Amanzimtoti, etc.) typically receive courier delivery within 1–2 working days of pharmacy dispatch. KZN coastal routes south to Margate and north to Richards Bay are usually within 2 days. Inland KZN (Pietermaritzburg, Howick) is similar timing to Durban itself.
There is no Durban clinic to visit. Docto24 was built telemedicine-first — your consultation happens online via video or async chat, depending on what you choose. The only time a Durban patient would need to see someone in person is if a non-cannabis examination is needed, in which case we refer to your nearest in-person GP for that specific check, separate from the cannabis pathway.
Fulfilment
Section 22C-licensed pharmacy partner dispenses to your Durban / KZN address; courier 1–2 working days.
